.SYNOPSIS...

A high pressure system centered over the western Atlantic will maintain
generally southeast winds over coastal waters through Friday night.
Afternoon and evening wind surges are expected Thursday and
Friday due to the sea breeze. An upper level disturbance will move
into the region this weekend and may result in slightly stronger
southeast winds and an increased chance of showers and possible
thunderstorms over the area waters.
