Clear skies and slightly warmer temperatures are expected on Tuesday at
the spot location, with light north winds shifting to the southwest by mid
morning. The 20-foot gusts will increase to 18 mph by 1400. Minimum
humidities will be between 55 to 60 percent but with a 30% chance of being
in the lower 60 percent range.

Min humidity........55-60 percent.
Eye level winds.....North winds 3 to 4 mph through 1000 becoming
                    southwest 6 to 8 mph with gusts to 9 mph.

                    southwest winds 12 to 15 mph with gusts to 18 mph.
