.SYNOPSIS...A coastal low pressure trough will strengthen today
into tonight, persist Tue through Wed night, before weakening Thu
and Thu night. High pressure will slowly build W and NW of the
waters today through Thu night, then will weaken Fri and Fri
night as a cold front moves into the waters from the NW.
