New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure centered just S
of the southern areas will move further S of the area later
tonight through Sun night. A low pressure trough or warm front
will move E across the waters Sun night into Mon. A weak cold
front will push E and SE across the waters Mon into Mon night.
High pressure will build in behind the front Tue and persist into
Thu night. A weak area of low pressure will move off the New
Jersey coast Tue night and move just S of the area Wed.

.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, becoming
3 ft.
.SUN...S to SW winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
