West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A warm front over the far NE
waters this morning will pass E of the area early today. High
pressure will drift S over the S waters today through Tue, then
shift E of the area Tue night through Wed night while maintaining
a ridge across the S portion. A cold front will move SE across
the N waters today and tonight. Weak low pressure will move off
the New Jersey coast Tue night, track E just N of the waters Wed,
then pass E of the waters Wed night while pulling a weakening
cold front through the area Wed night through Thu night. Weak
high pressure will build over the waters Wed night into Thu
night, and persist over the region Fri and Fri night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W

5 ft. Scattered showers and slight chance of tstms with vsby
