.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A low pressure
trough along Vancouver Island will persist from today through
early Thu. Another low pressure trough will remain along the
coast of southern Oregon today and tonight, then expand N along
the coast of Oregon and Washington Wed and Wed night, then
persist into Fri. A cold front will move across the waters Fri
night and Sat. A high pressure ridge will build across the area
later Sat and Sat night, while a low pressure trough again
develops along the coast of southern Oregon.
