.DISCUSSION...Although ridgetop winds will not be as strong as yesterday,
it will still remain breezy from the west.  Today will be a little cooler
with lower humidity than yesterday, as the cold front yesterday has spread
drier air across Washington. It will be cold tonight, and winds will diminish.
It will be warmer on Wednesday with less wind.
