At 1218 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Idlewild, or near Deep Gap, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Heavy rainfall may reduce visibility and create hazardous travel conditions. Locations impacted include... Sparta... West Jefferson...
