Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure strengthens to 30.20 inches
over the central Great Lakes today. Low pressure moves in from
the Midwest tonight into Wednesday with easterly gales likely
across northern Lake Huron. A cold front moves through Friday
with weaker westerly winds through the weekend.

WEDNESDAY MORNING...

.REST OF TODAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming east 10 to
15 knots late in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...East winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots in
the late evening and overnight. Mostly cloudy. Light showers likely
after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet early in
the morning.
.WEDNESDAY...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Light showers in the
morning...then showers and a chance of thunderstorms in the
afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet early in the
afternoon.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the
west after midnight. Mostly cloudy. Showers and a chance of
thunderstorms in the evening. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south 5 to 10 knots
in the evening. Mostly cloudy in the morning becoming partly cloudy.
Waves 2 feet or less.
.FRIDAY...West winds 15 to 20 knots. Mostly cloudy. A chance of
light showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 2
feet or less.
