...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Sabine River Near Beckville affecting Gregg, Rusk, Panola and
  Harrison Counties.

  Sabine River At Longview affecting Gregg and Rusk Counties.

  Sabine River Near Mineola affecting Smith and Wood Counties.

  Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Smith, Gregg, Wood and
  Upshur Counties.

  Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Smith, Upshur and Wood
  Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville...Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Beckville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Expect considerable lowland flooding on
  the reach of the Sabine River from the Tatum through Beckville and
  DeBerry areas with flooded boat ramps, gas and petroleum wells,
  and even some low area cabins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 26.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 26.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 27.1 feet early
    Friday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    27.3 feet on 05/28/2015.

  forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River at Longview.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, Flooding of river bottoms and lowlands
  will slowly decrease during the next several days.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 31.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 31.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 31.2
    feet this evening.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    31.2 feet on 12/04/1974.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Mineola.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Expect a couple of flooded barns.  Also
  expect water to overflow the bridge approaches to Farm to Market
  Highway 1804 between Hoard and Lindale.  Expect several hundred
  acres of flooded pasturelands next to the river both upstream and
  downstream.  Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 17.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will remain at a flat crest through
    Thursday morning, before a slow recession commences
    afterwards.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    17.5 feet on 03/11/2015.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 34.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 31.1 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

  - At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 27.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday was 27.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 25.1 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    27.1 feet on 03/25/2012.
