This hazardous weather outlook is for east central...north
central and northeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

A wind advisory is in effect for portions of central, east
central, and north central Kansas through midday today. Please see

A red flag warning is in effect for portions of central Kansas
this afternoon. Please see the National Weather Service website
at weather.gov/top for more information.

Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected to develop along and
east of a line from Emporia to Seneca by mid afternoon. These
storms will move quickly to the northeast and exit the area this
evening. All modes of severe weather are possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

A winter weather advisory for mixed precipitation is in effect for
portions of north central Kansas on Saturday. Please see

A wind advisory is in effect for much of central and north central
Kansas for Saturday. Please see the National Weather Service
website at weather.gov/top for more information.

Temperatures on Saturday and Sunday nights are expected to fall
into the low to mid 20s, which maybe dangerous to any sensitive
vegetation that has started blooming.
