The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Central Franklin County in east central Kansas...

* Until 515 PM CDT

* At 409 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles northwest
  of Harris, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ottawa, Wellsville, Williamsburg, Princeton and Rantoul.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 170 and 198.
