ON THE 19TH...WHICH SET A DAILY RECORD...BREAKING 73 THAT WAS SET
BACK IN 2008. THE COLDEST WAS 20 DEGREES ON THE 12TH AND 13TH.  ONE
OTHER RECORD HIGH WAS SET ON THE 20TH WHEN 68 DEGREES TIED THE
PREVIOUS RECORD SET IN 2012.

TOTAL PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS 1.63 INCHES...WHICH WAS 125
PERCENT OF NORMAL. THIS MAKES IT THE 5TH DRIEST APRIL ON RECORD
SINCE 1998. THE WETTEST 24 HOUR PERIOD OF THE MONTH WAS 0.38 INCHES
WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 9TH.  THREE PRECIPITATION RECORDS WERE SET
DURING THE MONTH.  ON THE 1ST 0.12 BROKE THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF
0.04 SET IN 2012.  ON THE 9TH 0.38 BROKE 0.2 SET IN 2017. ON THE
10TH 0.18 BROKE 0.16 SET IN 2014.
