.APRIL 2019 WAS WARMER THAN NORMAL WITH BELOW NORMAL PRECIPITATION
AT DULUTH MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR APRIL WAS 40.2 DEGREES WHICH WAS 0.6
DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 39.6 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 74 DEGREES ON THE 20TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS
16 DEGREES ON THE 14TH. NO DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE BROKEN FOR
THE MONTH. FOURTEEN DAYS HAD AVERAGE TEMPERATURES BELOW NORMAL.

INDICATES THAT ODDS ARE TILTED TOWARD BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND
