THE MONTH OF JULY 2019 AT THE FARGO HECTOR INTL AIRPORT HAD NEAR
NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND MUCH ABOVE AVERAGE PRECIPITATION. THE
AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE WAS 72.3 DEGREES WHICH IS 1.3 DEGREES
WARMER THAN NORMAL. THE TOTAL PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS 4.70
INCHES WHICH IS 1.91 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL. ONE DAILY PRECIPITATION
RECORD WAS BROKEN DURING THE MONTH. ON JULY 8, 2.20 INCHES OF RAIN
FELL BREAKING THE OLD RECORD OF 1.15 INCHES SET PREVIOUSLY IN 1994.
