Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Showers are tapering off across the lower Texas
coastal waters but redevelopment may be possible during the
afternoon including perhaps a few thunderstorms. Beyond the
rain and thunderstorm potential today, southeast winds will
subside this week as the pressure gradient weakens over the
region. Seas will gradually subside to benign levels during
the latter half of the week.
