.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
A moderate to strong southeast winds will prevail tonight . A
cold front should push off the coast sometime Saturday night or
early Sunday morning with showers and storms likely, followed by a
change of winds to northwesterly.
