...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* the entire state of Hawaii.

* Through this afternoon

* The remnants of an old front lingering across the state, in
  combination with an upper level trough moving overhead, will
  continue the threat for heavy rainfall and flash flooding.

* Rapidly rising water levels may occur on area streams and
  significant flooding may occur in low lying and poor drainage
  areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is very dangerous. Monitor the
forecast and be prepared to take action if you see rising water
or if Flash Flood Warnings are issued.
