For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 inch trough over Lake Superior this evening
will lift to the northeast early Saturday morning. A second,
weaker trough of 29.8 inches will clip mainly the northern shore
of the lake Saturday evening. Behind this trough, a 30.2 inch high
pressure will build into the Canadian Prairies Saturday night,
extending a 30.0 inch ridge over the Upper Great Lakes. This
ridging will persist over Lake Superior as the high slowly pushes
southeastward into the Upper Mississippi Valley by Tuesday. A 29.9
inch trough may begin to approach the region form the north by
Wednesday.
