New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front over the
southern waters will move south of the area this morning. High
pressure will build over the waters later today, then shift south
of the area tonight. A strong low pressure will pass north of the
waters tonight into Fri, pulling a cold front towards the
northern zones Fri night. The front will move slowly south into
the waters Sat and Sat night, then stall over the southern
portions Sun and Sun night. Low pressure will form along the
front near the coast Sun night, then move NE across the waters
Mon and Mon night pulling the front through the remainder of the
waters.

2 to 4 ft.
.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 5 to 8 ft.

VSBY 1 nm or less.
.FRI NIGHT...W to SW winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 8 ft.
.SAT...W winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming W to NW 5 to 15 kt. Seas
