...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 2 PM EDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

Temperatures will slowly warm into the mid and upper 30s through
the remainder of the afternoon. No additional significant ice
accumulation is expected. However, with temperatures just above
the freezing mark, overpasses and sidewalks may remain slick
through the afternoon hours. Conditions will improve through 4 PM
EDT as temperatures slowly warm and ice melts.
