Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Northeast winds and seas will briefly increase
tonight due to a surge of high pressure. Small Craft Exercise
Caution conditions may be possible. Winds will become fresh-to-
strong southeast with building seas Saturday through Sunday ahead
of a Monday night cold front. Fresh-to-strong northerly winds will
develop following the front with slowly improving conditions
through Tuesday night. Small Craft Advisory conditions will be
possible at times ahead of, and following, the cold front.
