.SYNOPSIS...

Elevated winds and seas will linger today as high pressure slowly
builds in from the west. A dry cold front will approach the waters
this evening and may briefly surge winds to near advisory levels
as the front clears the waters by Saturday morning. The high will
build over the waters through Sunday with relaxing west to northwest
winds turning more toward to the south Sunday afternoon as the
high shifts just east of the waters through early next week.
