Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 06Z, or 11 PM PDT, a 1023 MB surface high
was 400 NM south of Point Conception while a 1000 MB low was
500 NM west of Oregon. Widespread gale force winds and steep
seas expected Saturday afternoon through Monday.
