.DISCUSSION...
A storm system currently in California will track east across
Oklahoma and Arkansas this weekend bringing widespread rain.
Isolated thunderstorms will also be possible as the upper low
makes its closest approach, although elevated instability will
remain rather marginal. Temperatures will remain well below normal
through the weekend.

Drier and warmer weather is expected next week, although a weak
cold front will bring a small chance of showers and thunderstorms
late Tuesday night into early Wednesday.

Stayed close to guidance temperatures the next couple days.
