.DISCUSSION...A wet Spring storm moves through the region Friday through
Sunday bringing mostly rain and a few snow showers to the area. The warm
conditions will prevent snow accumulating at the site, but look for about
one half inch liquid precipitation by Sunday morning. The heaviest rain
will fall through the day Saturday. Both afternoons pose the greatest threat
for lightning with thunderstorms beginning around noon each day and tapering
off going into the evening hours.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (50-60 percent). Slight chance of
                    snow showers overnight.
Min temperature.....30-35.
Max humidity........83-88 percent.
Surface winds.......Downslope/downvalley winds 3 to 8 mph becoming
                    west around 15 mph overnight.

.FRIDAY...

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (55-65 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain showers and snow showers in the morning,
                    then rain showers likely and chance of
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....55-60.
Min humidity........27-32 percent.
Surface winds.......West winds 15 to 20 mph.

.FRIDAY NIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Chance of
                    thunderstorms in the evening. Chance of rain
                    showers and snow showers through the night.
                    Slight chance of thunderstorms overnight.
Min temperature.....29-34.
Max humidity........89-94 percent.
Surface winds.......Northeast winds around 15 mph in the evening
                    becoming downslope/downvalley 3 to 8 mph around
                    sunset.
