* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Jones, Lyman, Stanley, Corson, and Dewey Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM CDT /noon MDT/ this afternoon to midnight CDT /11
  PM MDT/ tonight.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
