Cooler temperatures are forecast through this weekend with highs
ranging from the low 20s north to the 30s and low 40s south. A
more intense round of winter weather is expected over the weekend
across much of the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest, with the
potential to disrupt travel for many. Travel disruptions will
likely be a result of heavy snowfall and strong winds. A Winter
Storm Warning has been issued for most of eastern Montana, with a
Winter Storm Watch in effect for most of the remainder of the
region through the weekend and into the start of next week. If you
have travel plans this weekend through early next week, you will
