This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Isolated showers and thunderstorms will continue into late
evening. Brief strong wind gusts to 50 mph will be possible with
any of the showers or storms. There have been several reports
through the late afternoon and evening of strong gusts.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday


There will be additional periodic chances for thunderstorms this
weekend into next week. A few stronger storms could produce small
hail and gusty winds Sunday in northwest Wisconsin.

Near critical fire weather conditions are forecast this weekend
with warming temperatures, decreasing humidity and breezy
conditions.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible through at
least late evening. Brief gusts to 45 knots could occur with the
showers and storms.

A few gusts to 20 knots will also occur tonight along the North
Shore outside of any passing showers and storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

A Small Craft Advisory may be needed Sunday as winds shift and
increase from the southeast to southwest over Lake Superior.

There will be additional periodic chances for thunderstorms this
weekend into next week. A few stronger storms could produce small
hail and gusty winds Sunday in northwest Wisconsin.
