.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Gusty northerly winds and
steep seas will continue to trend down tonight. The sea state will
continue to be dominated by steep short period northerly wind waves
and a series of mid period NW swells. Wind waves will die down Friday
morning before a low pressure system approaching from the northwest
will produce unsettled conditions Friday afternoon and Saturday.
Stronger northerly winds and larger steep waves will return Sunday
into early next week.
