This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Evening and Tonight.

This evening into the overnight hours, isolated to scattered
thunderstorms will be possible, mainly south of Interstate 80 into
north central Kansas. Severe weather is not expected, though a
few strong storms may produce small hail and gusty winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Additional thunderstorm chances return Thursday and continue off
and on into the weekend. Some storms Thursday and Thursday night
may be strong to severe, especially near and south of Interstate
80. Another round of severe thunderstorms cannot be ruled out
along and east of Highway 81 on Friday, but ultimately this
potential will depend on how activity unfolds Thursday night into
Friday morning.

Near critical fire weather conditions are likely Tuesday
afternoon across the majority of the outlook area, but
particularly along and south of Interstate 80 into north central
Kansas, due to relative humidity values of 20 to 25 percent, and
gusty north winds around 30 MPH.
