Winds from the east to southeast through Monday will range from 10 to 15 mph by the early afternoon, and weaken again by Monday evening. Temperatures in the upper 60s will gradually rise to top out in the upper 80s by mid afternoon. Elevated dispersions will begin to lower by mid afternoon Monday.
