.DISCUSSION...
Conditions will be dry with minimum RH values in the low 30s during
the afternoon and temperatures several degrees cooler than yesterday.
Mixing heights will increase above 1000 ft around 10 am this morning,
mixing to around 4,500 ft by mid afternoon. Northwesterly winds will
be less than 10 mph at 20 ft, gradually becoming northerly this evening.
High clouds will persist across the region today but will not limit
mixing or smoke dispersion.
