New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strengthening low pressure
across the Gulf of Saint Lawrence will move NE today. An
intensifying low centered about 250 nm W of Bermuda will remain
S of the waters through Mon. The low will slowly weaken Mon
night into Tue night as it moves off to the SE passing just W,
and then S of Bermuda. A weakening high pressure ridge will
build E over the region Wed, followed by a cold front moving
slowly E and SE across the area Wed night through Thu night as
yet another low develops well to the SW and S of the waters and
strengthens.
