New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure just N of the
waters will gradually move S tonight through Wed, as broad low
pressure well S of the area continues to move S to SE while
weakening. The high moves E Wed night in advance of a cold front
that will move into the area Thu. The front will then only drift
slowly E through Fri as low pressure develops along the front to
the SW of the area, intensifying as the low moves NE into the E
waters. The strong low moves into SE Canada Fri night into Sat,
with a series of surface troughs, and possibly a secondary cold
front, moving SE across the area on the back side of the strong
low Sat and Sat night. Another low moves to the Mid-Atlantic
coast Sun, then tracks well S and E of the area Sun night.
