West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Intensifying low pressure
centered about 240 nm SE of Cape Hatteras will move N and NE
along the eastern portion of the waters tonight and Tue. The
strong low pressure will then move NE away from the region Tue
night and Wed. Mariners planning to be in this area should
execute avoidance plans. A cold front will move off the New
Jersey and Delmarva coasts Wed. The cold front will move SE over
the northern and central waters Wed night into Thu, and will
stall across the S waters Thu night into Fri. High pressure will
build SE into the N and central areas Fri and Fri night, then
into the S waters Sat and Sat night.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
