.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure
centered SW of the waters will weaken today while extending a
ridge E and NE over the waters. Strengthening high pressure will
build back E over the waters tonight through Mon night and remain
through Tue night. The area of high pressure will weaken slightly
Wed into Thu while remaining W and NW of the region, with the
high strengthening again Thu night. A coastal trough will develop
along the Oregon coast Sun into Mon, then persist through Thu
night.
