FOR NORTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY...

At 1056 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Carney, moving
east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Chandler, Stroud, Davenport, Wellston, Carney, Tryon, Agra, Warwick,
Kendrick, Fallis, Avery, and Parkland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A tornado watch remains in effect for the warned area. Tornadoes can
develop quickly from severe thunderstorms.

This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy
structure and stay away from windows.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
