.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
High pressure builds over the area tonight and persist through
Wednesday. Late Thursday into friday, a low pressure system in
the NE Pacific moves southeast towards California, bringing
elevated winds across the waters and expected to persist through
the weekend.
