.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
The cold front that moved through the area yesterday is now south of
the local area. Northerly winds will prevail through at least
Wednesday, then become northwest for the end of the week. The low
pressure associated with the front generated a strong northerly swell
that will begin to arrive tonight and produce hazardous seas in the
Atlantic waters and the local passages through at least Thursday.
