.DISCUSSION...

High pressure continues to dominate weather conditions over the
state keeping dry airmass in place. Winds should be light from
the east early becoming west to southwest each afternoon behind
the sea breeze. Minimum humidity values should remain above
critical levels only dropping to around 40 % through Thursday.
