AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with
  gusts up to 55 mph expected. For the High Wind Watch, west winds
  30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph possible.

* WHERE...Butte, Harding, Northern Meade Co Plains, Southern Meade
  Co Plains, and Southern Perkins.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from noon today to 11 PM MDT this
  evening. For the High Wind Watch, from this evening through
  Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
  signs. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.
