For the second month in a row, temperatures were above average...
this time a little over a degree. That being said, though,
this was still the coldest March in several years by average high,
low and monthly temperature.

Even though rainfall was above average for the second year
in a row, it was still the driest March in two years.

No measurable snow fell in the month, which was the first time in
several years.

.Monthly Temperatures...
The average high, low and monthly temperature were the coldest since
2015.

.Daily Temperatures...
Daily temperatures were above average on 15 days, average on three
days, and below average on 13 days.

There were nine days with low temperatures at or below freezing,
which was the most since 2014.

For the first time in four years (since 2014), there were no 80-
degree readings in March.

.Monthly Rainfall...
Even though rainfall was above average, it was still the driest
March since 2016.
