...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch central and western New York has been cancelled.
While some area creeks and rivers are still forecast to crest at
action stage over the next couple of days...the likelihood of
widespread flooding has significantly diminished. With this in
mind...the Flood Watch has been cancelled.
