.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions today bring minimum RH values into the
40s this afternoon, and into the 30s across the Tri-Cities.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms return tomorrow afternoon and
evening as a warm and humid airmass moves in. This will increase
minimum RH values between 40 to 50 percent through Tuesday as
daytime temperatures hold above normal in the 80s with overnight
lows in the upper 50s to mid 60s. Active weather stretch continues
early to middle of next week with daily chances for precipitation.
