.BROADCAST DISCUSSION...Offshore flow will bring warm, dry and
breezy conditions to the area today and Wednesday. However, a
shallow marine layer will start to develop tonight along the
central Oregon coast and subsequently deepen and spread inland
late Wednesday and Thursday. A pattern favorable to produce
scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms looks to develop late
Thursday or Friday before cooler temperatures and showery weather
take hold for the weekend.
