This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwestern Connecticut,
western Massachusetts, east central New York, eastern New York and
southern Vermont.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

A storm system will bring rain and snow to the region today. Precipitation
will taper off tonight, except over the higher terrain. Areas below
1000 feet elevation are expected to see total snow accumulation of an
inch or less, with 2 to 6 inches for the higher elevations. The best
accumulation will be across grassy and other non-paved surfaces.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time, but snowfall reports
are appreciated.
