ranging from 1.50 to 3.00 inches could lead to isolated flooding of
low lying areas.

high tide which occurs around 3 AM at the beaches.

From Monday afternoon through Tuesday afternoon, heavy rainfall
ranging from 1.50 to 3.00 inches could lead to isolated flooding of
low lying areas.
