West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front will stall and
weaken over the central waters today and tonight, then pass N
across the area as a warm front Tue into Tue night. A high
pressure ridge will build E over the northern waters today and
tonight, then shift E of the area Tue. Another cold front will
approach the area from the NW Tue night as a developing low
passes N of the area. The cold front will move SE over the
northern and central waters Wed and Wed night, then stall and
weaken over the southern waters Thu into Thu night. High pressure
will cross the northern waters Thu and Thu night, then move off
to the E Fri and Fri night. A third cold front will approach the
area from the NW Fri night. Otherwise, a high pressure ridge will
prevail over the southern waters through the period.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
