A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH CURVES EASTWARD FROM 4N130E TO 1N140E AND
THRU A WEAK CIRCULATION SOUTHEAST OF YAP AT 4N145E TO END SOUTHWEST
OF CHUUK NEAR 6N149E. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS NEAR
THE CIRCULATION ARE BETWEEN 5N AND THE EQUATOR FROM 143E TO 148E AND
PATCHY SHOWERS ARE ELSEWHERE NEAR THE TROUGH.

A SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDS NORTHEASTWARD FROM KOSRAE AT 5N163E ACROSS
THE MARSHALL ISLANDS TO BEYOND 9N180. PATCHY SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN FROM NORTHEAST OF POHNPEI OVER KOSRAE STATE
AND THE MARSHALL ISLANDS WITHIN 150 MILES OF A LINE FROM 9N160E TO
6N166E TO 9N180.

TRADE-WIND CONVERGENCE EAST OF THE MARIANAS IS CAUSING PATCHY CLOUDS
AND SHOWERS BETWEEN 25N AND 13N FROM 148E TO 153E.

A SMALL SURFACE TROUGH WELL NORTHWEST OF THE MARIANAS IS TRIGGERING
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITHIN 60 MILES OF 18N140E.
